Main House is the anchor for the compound-- kitchen and main living spaces can house a huge group, and the backyard provides a huge space for games and has a large fire pit.  Main House renters have use of a private driveway (3-4 cars max, depending on size of cars).

• Game room in garage with ping pong for Main House guests only

• Each king bedroom has a very large private balcony

• Soaking tub in Master Bath

• Weber kettle grill for charcoal

• Outdoor rinse shower and hot tub (hot tub is for the use of Main House guests only, open all year)

• Fire pit with red Adirondacks is for Main House use only, while the fire pit with the black Adirondack chairs on the east side of the backyard is shared among all of the cottages

• Side yard with game area/bocce court that is behind the cottage's fire pit is shared among the whole compound
