• Fire pit with the black Adirondack chairs on the east side of the backyard is shared among all of the cottages, the Main House gets the fire pit with the red Adirondacks

• Side yard with game area/bocce court that is behind the cottage's fire pit is shared among the whole compound

• Parking signs added, max of 1 car
