Cottage 4 is a stand alone cottage with private deck and reserved parking.  Still a great arrangement for an extended family visit as you can connect through the backyard.  Cottages 4 has a private driveway (2 cars max) on the far west side of the property.

• Private basketball hoop (upgraded in 2024) on private driveway

• Fire pit with the black Adirondack chairs on the east side of the backyard is shared among all of the cottages, the Main House gets the fire pit with the red Adirondacks

• Side yard with game area/bocce court that is behind the cottage's fire pit is shared among the whole compound

• Parking in driveway only, max of 2 cars
