Cottage 1 can be connected to the Main House with an interior, lockable connecting door, a great arrangement for an extended family visit.   Drivers park on the street in front of house, 2 cars max.

*Updates as of 2022:  floors leveled, vapor barrier installed, new wood flooring throughout, new mattress and bedframe, new decor, new rug, paint freshening, new front door. Door between Cottage 1 and Cottage 2 was removed and insulation was added to minimize sound transfer between those units.

• Access to Main House big backyard and other amenities (hot tub, outdoor shower) if sharing compound with large group

• Weber kettle grill for charcoal

• Fully equipped kitchen

• Fire pit with the black Adirondack chairs on the east side of the backyard is shared among all of the cottages, the Main House gets the fire pit with the red Adirondacks

• Side yard with game area/bocce court that is behind the cottage's firepit is shared among the whole compound
